User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Game Rogue, LLC ("Game Rogue," "Company," "we," or "us"), and applies to all users accessing or using any of our websites, software, applications, integrations, APIs, or services across all Game Rogue products including gamerogue.com, GR Pilot, GR Rocket, and affiliated tools or projects (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing any services, purchasing a subscription, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our [Terms of Use], and our [Privacy Policy].

This Agreement expands on the Terms of Use and governs:

• Global access and international usage of the Platform.
• Licensing of tools and digital services.
• Commercial terms of subscription-based access and third-party integrations (e.g., Stripe, Nitrado, Discord).
• Acceptable use, liability disclaimers, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.

It provides Game Rogue with maximum protection under U.S. and international law while ensuring clarity for users regarding rights, responsibilities, and usage limits.

By using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by this User Agreement, Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website.

The Platform is accessible globally. By using it outside the United States:

• You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations.
• You consent to data being processed in and governed by U.S. and Pennsylvania law.
• You are responsible for any import, export, or access restrictions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, login credentials, and any connected service tokens (e.g., Discord bot authentication, Nitrado server API keys).

You agree not to share access or impersonate other users. We reserve the right to revoke access at our discretion for violations of this Agreement.

You may not use the Platform to:

• Conduct illegal activity.
• Interfere with platform functionality or other users.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit Game Rogue tools without authorization.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Game Rogue or third parties.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

All data collected via the Platform is governed by our [Privacy Policy].

Game Rogue may collect data to improve functionality, enforce security, and provide technical support. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to process and display it within the context of our services.

All content, code, tools, and design elements of Game Rogue and its affiliated platforms are protected by intellectual property laws. No license is granted beyond the limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

Game Rogue reserves the right to:

• Terminate any account or subscription at its discretion for breach of this Agreement.
• Remove content or services deemed harmful or unlawful.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or canceling your subscription.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Game Rogue shall not be liable for loss of data, profit, or business interruption, technical issues beyond our control, or third-party service failures (e.g., Stripe, Discord, Nitrado APIs).

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts located in Pennsylvania, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We may update the content on this Website from time to time, but it is not necessarily complete or up to date. Any material may be out of date at any time, and we are under no obligation to update it.
