By accessing or using any Game Rogue product or service, you agree to this Disclosure Policy in conjunction with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and User Agreement.

Game Rogue develops and provides software platforms that include free and paid offerings. We may monetize through:

• Paid subscriptions
• One-time payments
• Affiliate partnerships
• Advertising integrations

We may earn revenue when users engage with our services, subscribe via Stripe or other gateways, or interact with integrated third-party tools and marketplaces.

Game Rogue may feature or promote external tools, partners, platforms, or services that result in affiliate commissions or sponsorship compensation, including:

Users may submit bot commands, custom configurations, or integrations through our platform. Game Rogue does not endorse, verify, or guarantee such content unless explicitly stated.

While we provide moderation tools, you are responsible for the use and interpretation of embedded links, bot responses, and scripts created or installed using our software.

Game Rogue products are available globally, but our services are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.

We make no guarantees that our tools comply with international law in your jurisdiction. By using the platform you consent to U.S. jurisdiction for legal disputes, unless otherwise required by applicable regulations, and you are responsible for complying with local laws.

Game Rogue integrates with platforms such as Discord, Nitrado, Stripe, and others. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their terms, policies, or changes. Review and accept the respective terms when you use those integrations.

Our tools may employ automation (e.g., bot logic, stat tracking, auto-assigned roles, moderation) to perform actions on your behalf. These decisions are configurable, logged where appropriate, and subject to user control.

You can opt out of automated processes by disabling relevant modules in your server or dashboard.

Third-party services, integrations, or tools mentioned or linked on our platform are used at your own risk. Game Rogue is not liable for damages arising from:

• Loss of data, profit, or business interruption
• Technical issues beyond our control
• External API outages or third-party failures
• Improper configuration, incompatible plugins, or misuse of automation tools
